🧒 Child Reservation Policy
A maximum of 1 child up to 8 years and an extra infant up to 2 years is allowed free of charge, subject to room occupancy capacity. No breakfast is included in the stay and no extra bed or mattress will be provided. Extra-person charges apply for anyone above 8 years of age, and also for any additional children at the time of check-in.

Addition or modification of GST details on the invoice cannot be made after check-out. Please add all required details accurately at the time of booking.
👥 Bulk Booking Policy
Any reservation of 3 or more rooms is considered a group / bulk booking irrespective of room nights. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
- No charges if cancelled at least 7 days prior to check-in.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in attract a charge equivalent to 50% of the booking as standard cancellation fee.
- In case of no-show, the hotel may charge an equivalent of 50% of the booking stay charges including taxes.

⏰ Early Check-In Policy
Complimentary early check-in is allowed up to 2 hours before standard check-in, subject to availability on arrival. Guaranteed early check-in is chargeable as per the applicable tariff. In case of non-availability, the room may not be provided without a guaranteed booking.
⏱ Late Check-Out Policy
Complimentary late check-out is allowed up to 2 hours after standard check-out, subject to availability at the time of departure. Guaranteed late check-out is chargeable as per the applicable tariff. In case of non-availability, the room may not be provided without a guaranteed booking.
💳 PAH Booking Payment
The full booking amount needs to be paid at the time of check-in. If a part-payment was made during booking, the remainder is due at check-in.

Our visitor policy may vary depending on the situation. While some visitors may be allowed in guest rooms, others may not. Visitors are not allowed beyond 6 PM. Non-resident guests must be registered as an extra occupant in the room to stay beyond this time.
